Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients by delivering supportive care, collaborating with other healthcare providers/services, and navigating the total care of patients from admission to discharge. The Nurse must exhibit professional and evidence-based practice.

Job Description:

• Apply an integration of nursing theory, clinical and evidence-based practices in providing holistic care for patients and their families and visitors. 
• Formulate, implement and document a holistic plan of nursing care that is communicated and clarified with the patient/family.

Job Description:

• Perform ultrasound examinations in accordance with Radiology Services policies and procedures.
• Review patient's medical chart prior to their appointment and have a clear understanding of the images required.
• Perform and produce high-quality ultrasound images in various services including radiology, vascular studies, muscular studies, obstetrics and gynaecology.
• Liaise with Radiologists/other clinicians on the outcome of the ultrasound scan.
