Job Summary:

Job Description:
- Apply an integration of nursing theory, clinical and evidence-based practices in providing holistic care for patients and their families and visitors.
- Formulate, implement and document a holistic plan of nursing care that is communicated and clarified with the patient/family.
- Document patient history, physical examination data, nursing care plan and interventions and the patient’s responses in medical records in a timely manner in accordance with nursing standard operating procedures (SOP).

Job Requirements:

Job Description:
- Perform ultrasound examinations in accordance with Radiology Services policies and procedures.
- Review patient's medical chart prior to their appointment and have a clear understanding of the images required.
- Perform and produce high-quality ultrasound images in various services including radiology, vascular studies, muscular studies, obstetrics and gynaecology.
- Liaise with Radiologists/other clinicians on the outcome of the ultrasound scan.
- Contact external vendors to service and repair equipment and notify HOD.

You must ensure that all documents are complete for invoicing and revenue recognition. You are responsible for monitoring the recovery of outstanding debts and liaising with corporate clients on outstanding bills.

- Prepare, mail and distribute all inpatient and outpatient corporate client bills.
- Process and generate reminder letters and monthly statements.
- Identify and collect payment of overdue invoices through proactive planning, prioritisation and execution of daily call cycles.
- Call customer for collection and follow up persistently until payment is settled.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on various topics such as price discrepancy, missing invoices, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum STPM or equivalent / Diploma in Accounting and above in a relevant background.
